Application - Take it Easy®:
Apply the roll-on 3 times a day directly on the area of your choice: spine or the inside of your wrists gently massage the oil to penetrate. For a better sleep apply and massage the oil on the arch of your feet just before bed.
Application - Head'Ake®:
Apply to the temples making a small circular massage to penetrate the oils and on the nape of the neck, repeat as needed every half hour. For motion sickness, apply behind the ears and upper torso before taking the boat, train or car…
Apply 2 times a day before your day cream and night cream, directly on the zones to be treated, carefully avoiding the areas that are too close to the eyes and lips.
